Expectations for Students
- Self-Motivation and Discipline: Take initiative and responsibility for completing assignments on time.
- Regular Communication: Maintain consistent communication with teachers via email, calls, or scheduled meetings.
- Time Management: Effectively plan and allocate time for learning, assignments, and assessments.
- Meeting Deadlines: Submit assignments and assessments according to the established schedule.
Attendance is based on work completion.
- Participation in Check-ins: Attend weekly meetings with teachers (in-person or virtual) to discuss progress.
- Academic Honesty: Complete work independently and uphold integrity in all academic tasks.
- Active Learning: Seek help when needed and take an active role in the learning process.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of work, study logs, and required documentation.
Expectations for Parents/Guardians
- Support Learning at Home: Provide a structured and quiet environment conducive to studying.
- Monitor Progress: Track student’s academic progress and ensure assignments are completed.
- Facilitate Communication: Encourage and help students maintain communication with their teachers and staff.
- Ensure Attendance at Meetings: Ensure the student attends all required meetings with teachers.
- Provide Accountability: Help students stay on schedule and be accountable for their learning responsibilities.
- Stay Informed: Be aware of school policies, expectations, and the student’s academic calendar.
- Partner with School Staff: Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success.
